Community Benefits

We are committed to ensuring that all our wind farm developments deliver tangible benefits to the communities that host them so that not only can local people they take pride in hosting a renewable energy source but so that the benefits of doing so are clearly visible in the locality.

Each wind farm development will have its own community fund established which will receive an annual income from the profits of the wind farm. The fund will be managed and controlled by local people representative of the community and will be available to help fund local groups and initiatives.

Wherever possible we will use local companies to work on our projects from the feasibility, planning and design phase, through construction, operation and maintenance of the wind farm creating increased employment opportunities within the locality.
